Cookie policy
Last updated: 31/08/2026
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file stored or read on your device when you use an online service. Similar technologies, such as local storage or pixels, are referred to here as “trackers”.
2. Strictly necessary trackers
Some trackers are necessary to secure browsing, remember your privacy choice, maintain an authenticated session, prevent fraud and operate a form or report download. They cannot be disabled where their use is essential to the requested service.
3. Analytics and marketing
Non-exempt analytics trackers and marketing trackers remain disabled until you accept them. AxiSecurity does not place non-essential trackers by default. If an optional feature is enabled later, its purpose, controller and duration will be presented before consent is collected.
4. Your choices
You may accept all proposed trackers or choose “Essential only”. Your choice can be changed at any time from the preference panel, where available, or by deleting cookies in your browser settings. Refusing an optional tracker does not affect access to the website’s essential functions.
5. Duration and privacy
The consent choice is retained for a limited period in accordance with the service configuration. Scan contact details follow the retention period in the privacy policy. Technical security data is not used for behavioural advertising.
6. Further information
For any question about trackers or personal data, use the contact form. To understand the framework for scans, see the terms of use and the testing authorisation rules.
Remembering a domain for another scan
After you choose a scanner or start a scan, a functional cookie stores only the entered domain for 30 days. It does not contain your email address.
